New Trigg business hopes to maximize teacher talent

CADIZ, Ky. -- The relocation of a nationwide educational services company here is expected to bring new jobs to Cadiz and Trigg County.
Steve Shekell, executive vice president of Performance Learning Systems Inc., made the announcement Tuesday before the Cadiz Rotary Club.
