What
is the Wage Subsidy Program?

FINDING EMPLOYEES
We refer job seekers for your selection.
FREEDOM
TO TRAIN WORKERS THE WAY YOU WANT
You choose the type of work experience an employee hired
from this program receives.
REIMBURSEMENT

40 hours per week.
QUALIFICATION
FOR SUBSTANTIAL TAX CREDITS
As an employer, you may take up to $2,400 off of your federal
taxes under the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC).
PAPERWORK
KEPT TO A MINIMUM
You sign and keep a copy of a contract. From information
you provide, we prepare invoices for your signature. That’s it!
A
CHANCE TO PARTICIPATE IN KENTUCKY’S WELFARE REFORM
Thousands
of people who have been on welfare want to become economically self-sufficient.
You can help these individuals in your community achieve their goals.
NO
OBLIGATION AFTER CONTRACT ENDS
You are not obligated to retain an employee after the contract
ends. By giving someone a chance to build a work history and learn
important job skills, you have helped that individual become more
competitive in the job market.
